Domestic orders:

-  All parcels are delivered by Courier Post.

-  Delivery time is between 3-5 days New Zealandwide.

-  Please be aware that our courier company is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

- Shipping is FREE  within New Zealand for orders above $50.

International orders:

-  All parcels are delivered by NZ Post. Delivery time is normally between 5-15 working days, but it may delay because of changing airfreights or custom clearance.

- Please note we cannot send orders to these locations: West Australia, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malayisa and UAE.

-  International shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order, and the continent you are shipping to. Please request a fright quote before making an order. 

-  Please be aware that our courier company is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

-  Any import duties or taxes that are levied by the authorities of your country are your responsibility.
