Manuka Honey Kawakawa Tea

Manuka Kawakawa Tea Recipe
- Ingredients:
- 1-2 teaspoons Onuku Mānuka HOney
- 2-3 Kawakawa leaves
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 cup hot (not boiling) water
Instructions:
1. Briefly bruise the Kawakawa leaves in your hand to release the oils.
2. Steep the leaves and mint in hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in your Mānuka Honey last so it doesn't lose its medicinal properties to the heat.
